Tack welds are used as a temporary  means to hold the components in the proper location, alignment, and distance apart, until final welding can be completed.  The geometrical accuracies and clamping methods means a lot in order to get properly tack welded components.  Our tack welded fixtures support the above purpose with ease and fixtures are quite  operator friendly too.  Assured proper alignment and controlling the contrasts  movement and distrortion during welding. Also maintains the joint gap.
